1st Offense
Had a night out with a friend and got pulled over after dropping him off at home. I blew a .23 and got arraigned today with a not guilty plea to be continued on 3/8/10. Do I need a lawyer or can I represent myself? The lawyers all want 2-3000 dollars. Massachusetts.

well you really dont need a lawyer, regardless you are getting a dui, and thats going to be a 1000-2000 dollar fine, probation for 1 yr. license taken away for at least 6 mths. victim awarness program and a dui program which they are going to evaluate u and you will more than likely have to attend a class every week and go to an aa meeting every week. just never do it again i am going through my 2nd because i didnt learn from the first.
